Marcel Petiot was a French doctor and serial killer, who preyed on refugees fleeing from the Nazis. After the liberation of France by the Americans, Petiot was arrested, and nearly 30 corpses were discovered in his home. Dubbed “Doctor Satan” by the French media, Petiot claimed that the victims were killed by the French Resistance.
